Quill turns Quorum's Discord meetings into a transcript, a concise recap, action items, and the follow-up meetings the team agreed to schedule.
How a meeting works
- A visible start. When enabled, Quill joins a configured voice room once at least two eligible team members are present. It posts a recording notice.
- A transcript and archive. Audio is transcribed with Whisper on the operator's Mac. Recordings, transcripts, and recaps are archived in the operator's Google Drive.
- A useful recap. A scheduled ChatGPT/Codex review summarizes discussion, decisions, actions, and unresolved questions. Quill posts the result in the private team text channel.
- Meeting follow-ups. When Calendar creation is enabled, clear scheduling intentions from the configured CEO or CTO can create a new ad hoc meeting in the configured Quorum calendar without a second approval.
You can stop recording
Use /quill stop during a recorded session. Quill also stops and leaves when fewer than two eligible team members remain. The recording notice identifies when capture starts; stopping capture does not delete material already recorded.
Google access
The operator authorizes access to files Quill creates or is explicitly allowed to use in Drive, plus Calendar event access. Quill uses its own archive folder and the configured team calendar. It does not request access to Gmail or all Drive files.
